This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed through noblesstride.shop.


Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@noblesstride.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain products may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Intimate or sanitary apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale items

Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page before you purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

We refund only the cost of the item(s) — shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or color), follow the same return process.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@noblesstride.shop and include photos of the issue.

We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund.


Shipping for Returns

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or incorrect items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made goods (unless defective)
  • Intimate or sanitary products

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank — processing times vary.
