DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

Noble Stride respects intellectual property rights and expects our community to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to file a DMCA notice

Send a notice containing the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it on our site (URL).
  • Your contact information: name, address, phone, and email.
  • A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone, and email, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts at your residence.

Repeat infringers

Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated where appropriate.
