Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All our photos are taken from actual products. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen display settings, but the item you receive will match the description and product images. If something arrives different from what you ordered, our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

A receipt is automatically emailed to you right after your order is placed. You can also access your order details anytime by logging into your account and checking your order history. If you can’t find your receipt, just contact us and we’ll resend it.

How can I return an item?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll provide instructions and a return label if applicable. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

In most cases, yes. Many popular items are restocked regularly. You can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page, or reach out to us and we’ll let you know when the item is expected back. If an item won’t be restocked, we’ll clearly mark it as discontinued.
