  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Asia & Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight/size.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount. This will be clearly stated during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders are shipped with tracking whenever possible.
  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your package has been dispatched.
  • If tracking is not available for your country, our support team can provide shipping updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the package reaches your country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
  • Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
